The hotel offers two pillarless ballrooms, both of which are divisible into three soundproof sections, each with designated pre-function areas, 11 further meetings rooms of various sizes and two boardrooms.
Grand Hyatt Dubai's conference and convention services team is on hand to meet the delegates' every need, with multilingual staff and simultaneous translation facilities.

The Convention Services expert is the organiser’s main hotel liaison, organising aspects of the programme, such as arrivals and departures, transportation and banquet arrangements. Furthermore, a “Meeting Butler” is assigned to every function held in the hotel to attend to any request immediately.
