Q: Is it possible to have a custom-made menu to meet my needs?
A: Yes, our food and beverage team will be happy to create a menu based on your special requests (e.g. vegetarian and kosher, etc.)

Q: Do you provide authentic local food for the wedding buffet?
A: Yes, our food and beverage team will be happy to assist with a selected menu of traditional local food provided by Laylati, our authentic Emirati cuisine.

Q: How much time does the hotel schedule for the set-up?
A: Our team of experienced wedding planners responds very flexible with the set-up timings.

Q: Can I bring my own decorations?
A: Yes, you can bring you own decorations.  Our experienced team of wedding planners will be happy to assist you with your request.

Q: Is there a minimum number of guests required for renting the ballroom?
A: Yes.  If you would like to rent Baniyas Ballroom, which can accommodate up to 1,500 guests, a minimum number of 800 guests on weekends (Thursday and Friday) and 550 guests on weekdays (Saturday to Thursday) needs to be guaranteed.  For Al Ameera Ballroom, a minimum number of 300 guests on any day needs to be guaranteed.

Q: Can the wedding guests get a late check-out the day after the wedding?
A: Late check-out is subject to availability.  We will do our best to assist with your guests' requests. 

Q: Can you recommend entertainment suppliers?
A: Yes.  We have a list of recommended suppliers for entertainment, whether it is a DJ, a band or any other kind of entertainment.

Q: Can I bring my own beverages against corkage?
A: Grand Hyatt Dubai supplies a list of selected premium beverages and does not accept corkage.

Q: Does the hotel charge a deposit before the wedding?
A: Yes, Grand Hyatt Dubai reserves the right to charge AED10,000 for any ballroom rental and signed contract.
